Turkshead Knot Rings
About Our Turkshead Knot Rings: These hand-woven rings are made using a decorative and functional knot called a "Turkshead". They can be produced from single or multiple strands which are woven around in a circle, continually crossing over and under many, many times. This knot exemplifies strength, complexity, and continuity in life. These make very nice Wedding Bands, and we will gladly make a matching (or contrasting) pair for you.
We carry many variations of our Turkshead knot rings in the following combinations –
-Either 2 or 3 Strands per “Part”
-Either 3 Parts or 5 Parts wide
-Either Solid-Strand, Twisted-Strands, or Both
(Twisted is 3 individual wires twisted together)

These rings are sized to fit and may be worn by male, female, child or adult. We do not recommend these rings be used as Thumb, Index, or 'Pinky' rings, but we leave the choice up to you. Please scroll down to view them.
The 3-Part Turkshead Knot Ring

This "3 Part" ring can be produced to have 2 or 3 strands (passes through the knot), and each pass through the knot may be accomplished with a single (solid) strand or a twisted-wire (three wire strands twisted together) strand. If you choose "all solid" or "all twisted", the ring will only have one single piece of that type of wire that is passed through the knot your chosen number of times (2 or 3). If you choose to have a ring which has both solid and twisted strands, this will be accomplished with no more than 2 single pieces of those two types of wire. The "loose" ends of the wire can be left loose or soldered together...we leave that choice up to you. The price does not change based upon whether you choose twisted or solid strands

As with the "3 Part" ring, this "5 Part" ring can be produced to have 2 or 3 strands (passes through the knot), and each pass through the knot may be accomplished with a single (solid) strand or a twisted-wire (three wire strands twisted together) strand. If you choose "all solid" or "all twisted", the ring will only have one single piece of that type of wire that is passed through the knot your chosen number of times (2 or 3).
